Posting statuses

Need a way to shout into the void. Features we should have:

• writing text
• adding media (files of any type, no hard limits on count)
• adding polls (no fixed amount of options, single-choice or multi-choice, user picks the expiration time)
• autocomplete for users and emoji
• scope selection
• picker for emoji and possibly stickers
• rich text support (markdown/html/bbcode)
