Thread view should be more real time

Right now thread view is completely static, only way to check if there's new statuses in the thread is to refresh. This is the most noticeable when you open a thread, post a status and don't see it appear anywhere. Could solve this by adding polling into threads and to force it to refetch on posting statuses
