User sign up

user should have an ability to sign up with the kenoma app

kenoma login form looks such way now

And the registration can be something like that. The fields of the form can contain the same fields as in pleroma-fe (username, display name, email, etc.). If there is something specific, @sheueyen it will be nice to have this form in the design
