Locked accounts

add an icon to switch your account to locked (in settings)
show a lock icon in the user profile
follow requests management. I think it can be a separate page with an icon on the navbar but not sure how to place it in the tab bar on mobile.
add 'send a follow request' button for locked accounts. Keep in mind that this !89 (merged) MR has action buttons implementation.
