Ability to view user IP addresses, search by IP, and block IPs

I'm not sure if Pleroma even collects/stores user IPs like Mastodon did, but we used to find it very helpful to be able to view user's IP addresses (or even just most recent IP) in the admin panel and search for users by IP. This was particularly useful for catching users engaging in ban or block evasion.

It would also be helpful if, like the email blacklist, we could ban access to the site by IP address. This is helpful in the case of some spammers/ban evaders who continue to make new accounts despite multiple bans.
