Create New Account with previously used e-mail address causes vague error response

    When creating a new account in Admin FE Users page, and using an e-mail value that has already been used in the instance, causes a vague error response when the form is submitted.

    To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
