admin-fe options for account activation

Account Activation is a great anti-abuse feature, but in its current form, it is a bit crippled. There is no easy way for administrators to help users activate their account.

I propose the following improvements:

  • Ability on Admin-FE to manually activate an account.
  • Ability on Admin-FE to resend a validation email to a user.
