The fix is not in the stable Pleroma release yet but it's fixed in the latest PleromaFE (pleroma-fe@c1a0e239) and AdminFE (fdff6a4d)

Hey! Indeed, the issue has already been fixed in develop. The plan is to release a new version until the end of the month.
