Remote pack listing is broken

When listing remote packs, it uses the local instance address instead of the remote instance.

e.g. for "shigusegubu.club" it should be "shigusegubu.club/emoji/pack/emoji.png" but it's "/emoji/pack/emoji.png"

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
