Tesla adapter settings should be in HTTP

Currently the Tesla adapter settings is in the Other section, but it is really an HTTP setting and other settings related to the adapter choice are in the HTTP section, so it only makes sense that Tesla adapter is over in HTTP as well.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
