Settings, Instance: Better descriptions for email fields

These fields are going to be confusing to casual users.

Suggestion:

Email -> Admin Email Address

Notify email -> Sender Email Address

Email used for notifications -> Envelope FROM address for mail sent via Pleroma.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
