Make it easier for admins to install / update / switch frontends #164

At the moment, it's already possible to change the frontends if you install them either manually or with the mix task and then change the frontend configuration in the admin-fe. The syntax for this isn't too easy to understand and foolproof, though. It should be easy for an admin to install / update / switch frontends from the Admin-FE.

What I think would be good:

  1. A button to install/update each of the configured / available frontends
  2. A list of installed frontends with a button to switch to them

Hey @lain! This is how I suggest to display the list of available frontends and the form for istalling new frontends on Frontend tab of Settings, what do you think?
