Mobile gallery view improvements

• Close on swipe up / down (this is probably a very intuitive behavior for most users since the majority of the apps allow it too and sometimes it's difficult to find an empty overlay space / reach to the close icon to close the image)
• The overlay doesn't cover the top nav menu, making it easy to accidentally navigate to another page when trying to close the image

• the status action menu doesn't take into account the mobile bottom bar and is overlapped by it when the mobile bottom bar is visible (after a scroll up)
