Emoji reaction notifications are not handled

    The notification, which just says "@alex - 4m" but doesn't explain what the notification is:

    Alex reacted to me with the :laughing: emoji, as seen here in an app that can render Reactions:

        Notifications are now opt-in for Fedi-FE, and this type of notification is now off of the default list.

        I'll leave this here for when we do want to handle emoji reaction notifications.
