    1. Have 2FA enabled
    2. Log out (or just update BE it will log you out)
    3. Enter user/password to log in, hit enter
    4. It should show you OTP entry now
    5. Enter your OTP, hit enter

    Expected: You're logged in
    Reality: You're presented with recovery code entry
