Blocking Push Notifications from Users Who You Do Not Follow Is Not Working
I tested on Firefox on Ubuntu and any setting changes on this whole settings page

Block notifications from users who you do not follow
Privacy
Hide the sender and contents of push notifications
just don't persist and never take effect in the first place...
Interestingly there was a similar issue on fedi-fe: fedi-fe#56 (closed)
