Text goes outside of bear-with-us box when pleroma-tan isn't loaded

On a slow instance or slow connection pleroma-tan doesn't immediately load for the "bear with us" box and the text goes outside of the box.

It's more of a one-time, or at least occasional, thing, and I guess most people wont really notice. So it's not that bad a deal. It just looks a bit sloppy when you see it.
