Needlessly huge Reply/Quote chooser

This widget is huge and in-your-face and it's a thing I never needed and will rarely use.

Much better:

    .post-status-form .reply-or-quote-selector {
        position: absolute;
        right: 0;
        font-size: 10px;
    }

Best: Separate button to quote instead of tacking it onto "reply"
