Akkoma backend: realtime notifications and timeline don't work until I toggle checkbox in the settings

Bug description & reproduction steps

I have real time notifications and timeline update option turned on but it fails to work when I open the tab until I manually disable it and enable again in the settings. The same bug also happens on the my phone with Firefox on Android.

Bug seriousness

• How annoying it is: mildly annoying
• How often does it happen: every time
• How many people does it affect: didn't heard anybody else complain.
• Is there a workaround for it: turn off and turn on back realtime option in the settings.
