Upstream sitenameEnabled setting

In the MFC branch of pleroma-fe we have a sitenameEnabled setting that lets you disable/hide the text link in the site header as we have the site logo in its place. It was previously discussed that it would be a good idea to upstream this and also test making the logos left-aligned in the header. We can explore that part later.
