Custom emoji in poll options are shown as shortcodes

PleromaFE cant display custom emoji in poll options, however it can send them if you type the code right, and mastofe or foreign servers then display them correctly.

I think this issue belongs to the backend.

In my opinion, if we add the emojis (i.e. thaenkin or yell ) on above JSON file, this issue might be solved.

@kinjitakabe that's not how it works, emoji data comes with post, we just need to replace the some text with <img> like we do for post content, see entity normalizer
