avi.png & banner.png are missing in the pleroma-fe repository

avi.png & banner.png are added into the pleroma repository.

https://git.pleroma.social/pleroma/pleroma/tree/develop/priv/static/static

But they should be added into the pleroma-fe repository first.

https://git.pleroma.social/pleroma/pleroma-fe/tree/develop/static

I believe that /priv/static/static in the pleroma repository is just a copy of the compiled pleroma-fe.
