3-dot menu on mobile

Should the 3dot menu on mobile close if you tap elsewhere on the screen outside the menu? This seems to be a more natural mobile behavior.

There are spaces on the screen where it doesn't work. (thanks to @feld)

and this is happening in iPhone only. I found the problem comes from the popper.js itself. We probably need to think of another library.

also if you have 3-dot menu open and streaming timeline brings in new posts the 3-dot menu floats in place instead of staying with the correct post
