3-dot menu doesn't follow streaming timeline

If you have the 3-dot menu open and the timeline updates the menu stays in place while the status it's connected to has moved down the screen. Very odd.

yeah. not sure if there's a nice way to fix it tho. we probably do need "timeline moved" global event or something
