Emoji picker is out of the screen when replying at the bottom of a thread

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open a thread that's longer than a page long
2. Scroll to the bottom post
3. Press the arrow to reply
4. Press the emoji-picker symbol
5. Notice how it opens under the screen and you can't scroll to it
