"Follow" button is displayed for oneself in user lists / missing "It's you!" caption

When a user searches using his/her username or sees himeself/herself in "Followers" / "Following" tabs of other users:

• there's no "It's you!" or a similar caption
• there's an active "Follow" button (if user is locked, once clicked it's changing to "Requesting..." until the error is returned — as normally but the button shouldn't be displayed or be active, in the first place)

Proposed changes:

• "It's you!" or a similar caption
• no button
