Registration completion confusion

Several people who are new to fedi and pleroma in particular, have thought that nothing has happened and they have signed up several times. Turns out, there is no confirmation that their account has been completed, and that they should check their email.

Signing up should probably let people know it succeeded.

Is this a bug on my end, or in pleroma-fe ?
