Copy status link to clipboard

Questions to be addressed:

• Should we always link to our copy of the post in our instance/FE, or autodetect remote posts and link to theirs? Seems to me like we'd always want to link to ours, especially if we want someone to sign up on our instance and interact with it.
• Needs a better icon. icon-share from fontello would be nice
• How the heck do we get the fully qualified link to the post in PleromaFE without having to stitch it together like I did?
