Display version info in About instead of Settings #1243

I feel it is not appropriate to put version information in Settings, because its entrypoint is so hidden and... there is just nothing to configure!

"About" doesn’t seem to be the right place for it, because it’s the instance’s about, not frontend’s about.
Having a second "About" button would be misleading with the already existing one.

About lexical, it’s "Preferences" not "Settings".

Looking at Firefox as an example, you can see its version in Preferences, just like you can with pleroma-fe.

uh... updates, but that's because ... there are actions. on pleroma-fe the user can't update anything. only site admin can.

I guess we can rename tab from "version" to "About PleromaFE"?
