Show number of replies on a status

When looking at statuses in timelines it doesn't show you the replies. In conversation view, it does. Is there a reason we don't display this on timelines? It makes it much easier to identify a thread worth reading if there's a lot of replies.

I also wonder if we should only show the number of replies and not #2 etc links. If something has 100 replies that could get messy.

AFAIK we don't know exact replies without loading the convos, so showing Replies 1, 2, 3 would be messy especially if post has a lot of them and not all of them are present on TL.

However, showing reply count like fave count would be cool but I don't think it's in QvitterAPI
