Right now, it's not easy to see if a post has replies / is part of a thread, unless it is itself a reply. The backend should send the information for this. MastodonAPI already supports that.

If QvitterAPI doesn't support it then it will only be visible in your own favorites (the only place that uses MastoAPI rn)

DO NOT try to add MastoAPI everywhere, this is besides the scope of this issue.

I don't know if reply count is a thing in QvitterAPI or not. Since it's gonna be removed at some point I don't really see much point in adding it anyway. We'll be migrating FE to MastoAPI eventually anyway.
