Can't click on hyperlink with <code> inside #592

If you make a post using markdown with something like

try [`srtune`](https://git.ondrovo.com/MightyPork/srtune)

you then can't click on the link (also the preview - and its link - is wrong, but that's a backend bug i think).

You can click on the link from mastofe, but the preview is still wrong.

It works OK in Genuine Mastodon, but it has no preview there.
