Language codes for Mandarin are currently zh. This is, rather, intended to represent Chinese languages as a whole. This Mandarin-default assumption is problematic. We should instead use cmn to represent Mandarin.

Also, the language names are currently written as "Simplified Chinese" and "Traditional Chinese," which are not languages, but writing systems. This should be changed too.
