Request failed with status code 500 - [object Object] on every page in Pleroma/Admin

I'm not sure what setting I clicked but navigating to any page on the Admin page is showing the 'Request failed with status code 500 - [object Object]' toast message.

I followed the steps outlined here: https://soapbox.pub/install/ and it's installed on Ubuntu.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
