Misleading update instructions #15

Most release notes seem to contain an Upgrade notes section which is very barebones, and probably wrong most of the time. For example, for 2.8.0, it does not mention that you need to stop Pleroma, run mix ecto.migrate, and then restart.

It would probably be best if the release notes usually just linked to the following page instead, or included its contents, because it seems to contain the more complete and correct instructions for a typical update:
