Ability to retain file extension with custom text for AnonymizeFilename

It'd be nice to have the ability to set Pleroma.Upload.Filter.AnonymizeFilename, text: to be custom-string.{proper-file-extension} so it won't affect certain browser plugins and would have the correct file extension when downloading the file.
