Create new post from an URL

Hello,

In GNU/Social there's a neat feature that lets people make a new post from clicking on a link, which is cool for social media share buttons etc.

Example: https://gs.smuglo.li/notice/new?status_textarea=Pleroma%20Rocks

An example where this is used: http://asahi.5ch.net/test/read.cgi/newsplus/1523115292/ (click the little smug loli on top)

Can this be added to GNU/Pleroma as well?
