user-level setting to disable auto-linker
there are some special .TLDs (like .sh, .md, and .rs ),
which often enough intended to be file-names with same extension,
hence not linkefy'ed at all.
since auto-linker disregards code-blocks
and doesnt require http(s)://
to linkify "url" –
there is literally no way to stop todo.md
from being transformed into "todo.md" (example below)
so i propose an ability to turn off auto-linker from within user-level settings.
should this also affect #tags
? idk
