Moving from file to db based configuration can leave issues with deprecated configurations
a user is getting the normal deprecation warning on instance restart:
Oct 07 09:02:27 [3730800]: 09:02:27.112 [warn] !!!DEPRECATION WARNING!!!
Oct 07 09:02:27 [3730800]: Your config is using old namespaces for MRF configuration. They should work for now, but you are advised to change to new namespaces to prevent possible issues later:
Oct 07 09:02:27 [3730800]: * `config :pleroma, :instance, rewrite_policy` is now `config :pleroma, :mrf, policies
The configuration is done in the database, but this is presumably coming because the old style configuration is still in the config file, even if the in-db one has been migrated to the new style.
How can we handle this issue?
