Draft: Something is wrong with pagination in Soapbox FE

Been getting reports like this:

Soapbox FE relies on the Link header from the backend, with max_id. The Link header seems okay at a glance, maybe max_id isn't working? The same list is always returned.

This could also be a problem with Soapbox FE, haven't investigated enough yet. But maybe... it used to work? (I can't remember)
