Media proxy dose not affect for rich text

If someone posts <img src="https://example.com/image.png"> in HTML or ![Beacon](https://example.com/image.png) in Markdown, example.com may receive the IP addresses and browser fingerprints of the users who see that image. This is not good for our privacy.

Media proxy has better to affect, if the instance enables it.
