Erratic tests

I'm going to track when the CI fails in this issue to see if they should be tagged with @tag :erratic

First one:

  1) test direct streams it sends conversation update to the 'direct' stream when a message is deleted (Pleroma.Web.StreamerTest)
     test/pleroma/web/streamer_test.exs:775
     No message matching {:text, received_conversation1} after 100ms.
     The process mailbox is empty.
