Decide what to do with certain features that have problems
As mentioned by @a1batross in pleroma-meta!3, Pleroma currently has certain features that have concerning issues (whether from lack of maintenance or merging things before fixing them later). Some of these include:

- Keep features optional and improve functionality (starting with !3675 (merged))

Chat messages that doesn't even have the ability to delete a chat
