Export / import / delete own tweets

I know that //SITENAME/users/USERNAME.atom can produce a feed of a user's tweets.

How hard would it be to allow a user to export / import / delete all of their own tweets?

Maybe a sane default for admins would be disallowing mass-import of tweets for new users; having a very simple way to mass-export / mass-delete posts would be very nice, still. I have ran pleroma servers in the past and must admit that SQL is not my strong suit. Mass import of posts (json? atom? csv?) seems like, in theory, it could be simple to accomplish.

I love how easy it is to mass-export followers and following and as a user, it gives me a feeling of security within a federated network of sometimes unreliable hosts. Mass export / mass deletion of one's own posts seems like it should be fairly simple to accomplish and would make certain kinds of people very happy.
