Duplicate entries in following list stored in DB

Hi, my following count shows me following more users than I actually am (50 vs 30). I poked at the database and found that the following list in the following column of the users table has a lot of duplicate entries. I'm running on the develop branch. I'm not sure what may have caused this other than an error with the import old following feature.
