This is a prerequisite to #1656 (closed): updating AutoLinker to the latest version of Linkify.
The configuration is removed, because Linkify no longer reads configuration directly from the environment, and instead only uses options passed into it. EDIT: The configuration has been moved to :pleroma, Pleroma.Formatter
