Roadhouse debugging

I've gotten a report that activities sent from Roadhouse are not appearing in Pleroma: https://gitlab.com/soapbox-pub/soapbox/-/issues/54

So far I've added a fixture and two tests, but both of them pass. I'm investigating further.
