Prevents back and forth conversations from polluting the timeline. Some clients do not offer a "reply unlisted / quiet by default" option.

MRF to force replies to be "Quiet Public" also known as Unlisted -- available to the public when they open the thread, but not published on the timelines (followers still see it in their home timelines). This only affects posts by local users; federated activities that are received do not have their scopes modified.
