Oban: more unique job constraints

A couple of these had unique settings applied, but we're changing the limit to :infinity

We have the Pruner enabled by default which will prune completed/cancelled/errored jobs older than 15 mins, but if by chance you get flooded with so many jobs that your system cannot keep up with it will fail. The 5 minute unique period won't matter if the duplicates start rolling in 5 minutes after the original unprocessed job was received and you'll get buried in duplicate jobs.
