Add rollback migrations for Rebased

mkljczk requested to merge mkljczk/pleroma:rebased-migration into develop

This doesn't make as much sense as the Akkoma->Pleroma migrations, as there are no breaking changes to the schema in Rebased, but it just feels complete to have.
